Settings that affect only you. Nothing here changes anything for anyone else in your organization.
Account
Section titled “Account”Your name and account details as they appear to colleagues — on annotations you make, incidents you raise, and the activity feed.
Authentication itself is handled by Auth0, so passwords and multi-factor settings are managed through your identity provider rather than here.
Appearance
Section titled “Appearance”Light and dark themes. The platform respects your system preference by default.
Dark suits control rooms and night shifts, where a bright screen is a nuisance for everyone nearby.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Which events reach you and how. Worth revisiting once your alert rules have settled — the right setting on day one is rarely the right setting a month in, and notification fatigue is how real alerts get missed.
